See. Hear. Read.

Welcome to our Broadcast section. Think of this area as a rolling stream of consciousness, a flow of aural and visual information beamed direct from the Cable office.
The Canadian outfit that formed in 2008 have had a minor quiet period of late since their album dropped this time last year, but they return to the scene with a release on Steve Aoki's Dim Mak imprint. A album compiled of remixes of their original work by other well-known patrons of the scene and will be released at the end of this month. People on remix duty include Disclosure, Maceo Plex, Tiga, Jori Hulkkonen, Nicolas Jaar and Art Department and plenty of other high profile people.

Releasing a full length LP is no easy feat, so this time round they are letting others take control of the production, allowing some of the scenes fresh faces and old hands take control of the wheel. The talented collective of musicians (and when we say talented, their live shows are ALL analog, you won't see any glowing Apple's sharing their stage) will surely follow this up with a string of original productions this year and, fingers crossed, go on tour. Besides, you can hardly criticise them for taking a break after 5 years of being at the top of their game. Welcome back.

You can check out the Disclosure remix of Manic before the album drops on 24/25 February (depending on where you live) right here.
