Part 1 on Friday 7th see’s the outfit taking over Cable in true drum and bass style with a line up so gargantuan it makes The Shard look twice as dull and half as tall. An exclusive set by Cyantific going back-to-back with Wilkinson over 90 minutes will set the tone for the night as part one focuses on their love for DnB. Taking place in Cable’s main and second rooms, this party is set on an unerring course for awesomeville as joining the main headliners we have London duo Brookes Brothers. In only a few years the boys have been signed exclusively to Breakbeat Kaos since 2007 and have gone on to chart-topping success that many dream of by only few manage to achieve. Nu:Tone also steps up for 90 minutes to deliver a set that will be filled with liquid goodness, a heavenly way to say goodbye to the summer. Drumsound and Bassline Smith have been on the wish list for quite sometime and they make their return to Cable under Idiosynphoinc colours. CA:RO, Tomek N and Loot finish the bill while Moombah LDN hosting room 2 with Harikiri, Essbeedee, TRI:BAL and Gazzinho.
Idiosynphonic head honcho Alex Donald gives us his top tracks from the Artists across both nights:
Wilkinson - Every Time
Wilkinson is one of those producers that everything he puts out there is quality and 'Every Time' is one of those tracks I just find myself singing along to wherever I am.
Nu:Tone - Balaclava in my System
I can remember when the 'System' acapella came out on Nu:Tone's album and I used to try and have it above other tracks and then I heard this and was blown away by it. The Sick Music album is one of the best albums ever, pure liquid gold!
Cyantific - Ghetto Blaster
Cyantific's back catalogue is ridiculous and his latest tracks are amazing but I had to go with this classic purely because I have it on vinyl!
Brookes Brothers - Tear You Down
This will forever be a summer anthem, when they dropped this at Secret Garden Party last year it still had the same effect as it did when I first heard it. Brookes Brothers played at our first ever event along with Camo + Krooked and Modestep with about 300 people attending, hopefully they will see how far we've come since then.
Drumsound & Bassline Smith - Are you Ready
Drumsound & Bassline Smith's greatest track by far! I like their new tracks but I always used to listen to their jump up tracks. They can drop this on Friday night and I will be right at the front.
Wilkinson - Automatic
The latest release by Wilkinson, every big DnB artist is dropping this and it's a big tune!
Following on from part 1, Idiosynphonic take over Cable's smaller, more intimate sister venue Relay. This room holds 450 people, and those lucky 450 people will have their musical desire fulfilled by Canadian juggernauts Zeds Dead. Having the duo over from the other side of the pond is a momentous occasion and in such a small, personal venue this will be something quite special. Don’t miss out. Leading the support is XKore with Koven, Tut Tut Child and Joe Ford completing the line-up.
Zeds Dead - Coffee Break
This song is such a track that I play it almost everyday, it shows how flexible Zeds Dead can be in their own productions. Everything about this track from the vocals to the bassline is amazing, definitely a classic.
XKore - Stabs
I don't know how to describe this track it's just a beast. XKore played his first ever London show at our 1st Birthday and it's wicked seeing how far he has come as a producer since then.
Koven - Wake you up
Koven will be dropping his new EP over the next few months, however if any of his new tracks meet the quality of 'Wake you up' it's going to be worth buying!
Zeds Dead - Crank
Another act with an extensive back catalogue with great tracks, the new addition of Omar Linx has added a whole new dimension to their style. The energy of 'Crank' is out of this world, definitely up there with one of their biggest tracks.
