See. Hear. Read.

Welcome to our Broadcast section. Think of this area as a rolling stream of consciousness, a flow of aural and visual information beamed direct from the Cable office.
Ever spent much time in Cable's mysterious 3rd room? Don't even know what we're talking about? Well - we realised that for a damn tasty little space, it wasn't seeing as much action as her neighbour next door, so we decided to do something about it. Cue: several weeks of hammering, banging, dragging things about and generally making an unholy din, as we transform the space into a venue in its own right. So soon we will have Cable and a new addition to the family.... Relay. Having expanded into another arch at the back of Cable, the new space will be larger, with a new seating area away from the dancefloor, new bar, cloakroom, and some shiny new toilets. In addition, Relay is being kitted out with a spanking new Nova soundsystem, some atmospheric lighting (fancy!), and a separate entrance.

On some nights Relay will run totally independently of Cable, and function as a venue in its own right. On other nights, Cable & Relay will open together to make one humongous party. What we're most excited about is that Relay now gives us the chance to program an even more diverse range of nights here - starting with Relay's flagship Saturday night [Moh-Teef] - bringing quality underground house sounds to the space week in week out - kicking off with Panorama Bar's Margaret Dygas for the launch night on Saturday 4th February.

Check out the new Relay section of the website for more, plus all Relay events will also be listed in the main events section of the Cable website. so you can find them easily. The first month of Saturday night line-ups are listed below, and there will be plenty more parties to come. Watch this space, and check the new Relay section of the website for more...
