See. Hear. Read.

Welcome to our Broadcast section. Think of this area as a rolling stream of consciousness, a flow of aural and visual information beamed direct from the Cable office.
2012 has been a big year for dance music and for Cable. As we prepare to see off another year we’ve asked our family of promoters and closest DJs to give us their favourite release of the year… There are definitely some big tracks in this selection!

Thanks go out to everyone who made 2012 so memorable, we’ve enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks to our promoters for their hard work and dedication, thanks to all of our fans for filling out Cable week in, week out. And a special thanks to our extended family, see you next year.

Clayton (Renegade Hardware)

Submotion Orchestra - All Yours (S.P.Y Remix)

Raymundo Rodriguez

Adam Port - Voyage

A track that has been getting great reactions all year, made all the more special by Adam recently playing at one of our most enjoyable mornings of 2012 last Sunday.

Marcellus - Warhead

I’ve got to thank Geoff Presha for the tip on this one. This is one monster of a techno tune. Just how its supposed to be, and everything that is Techno for me. It gets me going ballistic behind the decks but its a sure fire floor clearer just because people seem to want happy happy happy music at the moment while Warhead is the fanfare for the impending apocalypse. Buy on sight cos tunes like these won't hang about.

Krista (Jaded)

Mr. G - Remember This!

State of Flux has been the soundtrack of my 2012, and I have some transcendental, hazy and wonderful flashbacks of this track being dropped, particularly after 12 hours at our Jaded party at KaterHolzig. It's also prominent in my mind, because after a year of cajoling, we'll have Mr. G perform for us twice over NYE and NYD.

Kryptic Minds

Rrose - 23 Lashes

Dusky - Flo Jam

Spectrasoul - Light In The Dark

Kevin Griffiths

Mic Newman - Knickerbocker

One of the vocal hooks of the year for me & something that works warm up or peak time. Timeless house music!

Alex (Idiosynphonic)

Culture Shock - Troglodyte

Bryan Gee

Dr Meaker - Fighter (Unreal Remix)

Rattus Rattus

Kry Wolf & Claude Von Stroke - Turbosteppa

Kai (Loud Noise)

Justin Martin - Ruff Stuff

Chris (Ketoloco)

Special Request - Lolita (Warehouse Mix)

Paul Woolford the man behind this track is a firm favourite at Ketoloco. He played the early basement raves in Headingley as well our parties down at The Light in Shoreditch. This track is a beast and sums the guy up. Big sounds and solid beats.

Tom (Cable)

Fantastic Man - It's Essential

Lottie (Cable)

Klangkarussell - Sonnentanz

Alex (Cable)

Delilah - Inside My Love (Redlight Remix)

Funmi (Cable)

Francesca Lombardo - Sofiel

Jemma (Cable)

Ben Pearce - What I Might Do

Jack (Cable)

Boddika - Dun Dun
